Collections Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE:This opportunity is open to UAE Nationals. The role is responsible for ensuring the improvement of the overall collections and cash flow position by maintaining a low DSO rate and ensuring all aspects of daily operations run effectively and efficiently. It supports healthy cash flow by following up on overdue invoices, resolving payment issues, maintaining accurate records, and complying with company policies.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESMonitor customer accounts and identify overdue invoicesContact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to collect outstanding paymentsFollow up on payment commitments and negotiate suitable repayment plans when necessaryMaintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment arrangementsReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepanciesPerform daily payment reconciliation against the bank accountPrepare the weekly and monthly reporting for the upper managementJOB REQUIREMENTDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivaleMinimum of 2 years of experience in billing, collection, accounts receivable or a related area
