The team is focused on building smart, simple, and secure financial experiences in today’s digital economy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing overdue accounts, following up with customers on outstanding payments, and supporting timely collections while maintaining professional and respectful communication.Key responsibilities include monitoring account status, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, arranging repayment plans where applicable, updating collection records, and escalating complex cases. The role will also collaborate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support improvements to the collections process.QualificationsExperience in collections, banking, fintech, financial services, or customer service.Strong negotiation, follow-up, and debt collection skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.Customer-focused and professional approach when handling sensitive payment conversations.Comfortable using CRM, collections, or other digital systems.Ability to manage multiple cases and work toward defined collection KPIs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Amman.
