Collections Officer (Saudi national)

The Collections Officer is responsible for monitoring outstanding receivables, contacting clients to follow up on overdue payments, and negotiating payment arrangements in line with company policies. Daily tasks include updating collection records, preparing reports for the finance team, reconciling client accounts, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also involves coordinating with project and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate documentation of all collection activities, and supporting continuous improvement of collection processes. This position is designated for a Saudi national in alignment with local employment requirements.Qualifications Strong Debt Collection skills, including follow-up, negotiation, and payment arrangement management.Analytical Skills to review account statements, identify discrepancies, and prepare clear collection reports.Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.Basic to intermediate Finance knowledge, especially in invoicing, receivables, and account reconciliation.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable within contracting or related industries is preferred.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
