Collections Recovery Executive ( Tele caller )

Brand Habitat is hiring a Collections Executive to handle telecalling and loan recovery operations for a automobile finance company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue EMIs, following up on pending payments, negotiating repayment commitments and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue automobile loan EMIs.Follow up with customers to recover outstanding payments and minimise overdue accounts.Negotiate repayment schedules and secure payment commitments.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments and recovery status.Conduct regular follow-ups with customers until outstanding dues are cleared.Resolve payment-related queries and escalate difficult cases to the concerned team.Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.Ensure all recovery activities follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Telugu and English.Previous experience in telecalling, collections, loan recovery or automobile finance is preferred.Strong negotiation, persuasion and customer-handling skills.Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.Basic computer knowledge and experience maintaining Excel reports or CRM records.Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organisational skills.Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.Preferred Experience6 months to 2 years in telecalling, EMI collections, banking, NBFC operations or automobile loan recovery.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resumes to Brand Habitat.
