Company: Ikontel Solutions Pvt Ltd Team: Collection Team Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (work from office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: Minimum 1+ year in collections Certification: DRA certified (mandatory) Joining: Immediate joiners onlyAbout the RoleIkontel Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Collection Specialist for our Collection Team in Bangalore.

You will follow up with customers on overdue payments, build repayment commitments, and help keep recovery targets on track while staying compliant and professional in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email to follow up on pending duesUnderstand each customer's situation and secure clear payment commitmentsMeet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery targetsFollow up consistently on promise-to-pay (PTP) dates until payment is receivedUpdate every call outcome, remark, and PTP accurately in the CRM or collection systemHandle difficult conversations calmly, with a polite and professional approachFollow company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices at all timesEscalate disputes or complex cases to the team leadShare regular reports on collections, follow-ups, and pending accountsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1+ year of experience in collections / recovery / telecalling for collectionsDRA certified (Debt Recovery Agent certification), mandatoryGood communication and negotiation skillsFluency in English and Hindi.
