Collections Specialist (90 days bucket)

ResponsibilitiesHandles and monitors in-house collection bucket of 90 or above past dueContact clients via telephone or other electronic means to discuss their outstanding debts and payment options.Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients.Collect payments and process them according to company policies and procedures.Follow up with clients who have not made payments as scheduled.Update company databases and report on collections activity.Collaborating with other team members, including supervisors, to improve collections strategies and meet goals.QualificationsBachelor's/College Degree in any fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience requiredPreferably with experience in Banking/Financial ServicesComputer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelCompany BenefitsHMOLife InsuranceCash Convertible Vacation and Sick LeavesMonthly IncentivesMonthly AllowancesBonusesPaid OT with OT meal allowance
