The Collections Specialist will manage overdue accounts, contact clients to arrange payment plans, and ensure timely cash collection while maintaining professional and respectful communication. The role includes tracking and updating payment records, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues. The Collections Specialist will also support process improvements, adhere to company policies and regulations, and provide regular reports on collection performance.Qualifications Strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with the ability to negotiate payment arrangements and handle sensitive situations.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand account structures, statements, and transaction flows.Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and proficiency with spreadsheets or accounting software.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.Previous experience in collections, banking, or financial services is preferred.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
