We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team, contributing to our mission by ensuring timely collection and management of receivables.As a Collections Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Your responsibilities will include tracking outstanding payments, contacting clients for follow-ups, and maintaining documentation of all receivable transactions. The ideal candidate will have no hesitations in phone calls with our clients with excellent communication skills.
