Collections Specialist

Job Role:We are looking for a target-driven Collections Executive to manage outstanding student fees, conduct timely follow-ups, and support the recovery of overdue payments while maintaining professional relationships with students and parents.Key Responsibilities:Follow up on outstanding fees through calls, emails, and messages.Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely payment follow-ups.Maintain accurate records of collections and payment commitments.Coordinate with Accounts and Admissions regarding payment status.Handle payment-related queries professionally.Prepare basic collection reports and provide regular updates.Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.Requirements2–5 years of experience in collections, fee recovery, debt recovery, or accounts receivable.Education industry experience is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.Target-oriented with strong attention to detail.Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.Immediate joiners preferred.
