Team Manager – CollectionsLocation: Kuils River, Cape TownEmployment Type: PermanentWork Arrangement: 100% Office-BasedSalary: R25,000+ CTC per monthStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleOur client is looking for an experienced Collections Team Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collection targets, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), improving team performance and ensuring operational and quality standards are consistently achieved.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collections Team Leader / Collections Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced call centre environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate a team of 15–20+ Collections Agents.Drive daily, weekly and monthly collections targets.Monitor and manage individual and team KPIs.Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.Support the development and improvement of team productivity.Ensure adherence to collections processes, quality standards and company policies.Analyse team performance and implement strategies to improve results.Manage attendance, conduct and overall team performance.Promote a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture.Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12.Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in a Collections Team Manager / Collections Manager role.Minimum 5 years’ experience within a call centre environment.Proven experience managing teams of 15–20+ employees.Strong experience in collections and debt recovery.Proven track record of achieving collections targets and KPIs.Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.Salary & BenefitsR25,000+ CTC per monthProvident FundMedical AidPerformance BonusStaff DiscountsAdditional company benefitsHow to Apply📲 WhatsApp your CV: 073 432 9050📧 Email your CV: info@callcentrestaffing.co.zaPlease ensure your CV clearly highlights your Collections Management experience, team size managed, call centre experience and key performance achievements.Important InformationThis is a 100% office-based position in Kuils River, Cape Town.
