If you are a self-starter, go-getter and a professional who thrives on achieving result, we’d love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.Coordinate the collection of post-dated cheques and other payment instruments.Visit customers, when required, to collect cheques and payments.Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure payments are received on time.Update collection records and provide daily status reports.Escalate unresolved or disputed accounts to the Accounts Receivable team.Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while representing the company positively.Ensure all collections are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
