Team members work closely with driven learners and families, making a direct impact on their academic and career trajectories.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for College Admissions Advisors (US/UK), based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial work from home. Advisors will guide students and families through the US and UK admissions processes, including selecting suitable universities, planning application timelines, and advising on course choices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, reviewing and refining application materials, coordinating test preparation and extracurricular planning, and delivering workshops or webinars. Advisors will manage student pipelines, respond to inquiries, provide ongoing support and follow-up, and collaborate with internal teams to improve advising materials and services. The role requires consistent documentation of student progress and adherence to CollegePass standards of ethical, student-centered guidance.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology.Current or prior experience teaching Psychology in a school, preferably to Grade 9–12 students.Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with students and parents.Genuine interest in learning US and UK university admissions, including profile building, extracurricular planning, university selection, applications, standardized tests, and scholarships.Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple students, deadlines, activities, and application timelines.Comfortable mentoring students one-on-one and helping them identify and develop extracurricular activities, projects, competitions, research, and other profile-building opportunities.Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely; prior experience in educational counselling, student mentoring, or edtech is a plus.
