As a College Essay Specialist, you will provide feedback and editing to guide students through the essay writing process. Using your expertise in editing and proofreading, you will help students articulate their ideas effectively.Description:Review and edit school and college application essays for clarity, coherence, and overall quality.Provide constructive feedback to the student on structure, style, grammar, and content.Use an iterative process to review, edit, and provide feedback to the student for multiple drafts before the final revision.Ensure essays adhere to word limits and other application guidelines.Communicate with students and Aralia’s team about essay details and deadlines.Availability for quick turnaround times during the admissions season.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, or other related fieldPrevious school or college application essay editing and revising experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading academic or personal essays.Understanding of the college admissions process and what colleges look for in essays.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of student essays.
