About the RoleOur client, a leader in the plastics and masterbatch manufacturing industry, is seeking a Colour Matcher to join their team and support the development of high-quality colour masterbatch solutions. This role is responsible for colour matching, formulation development, laboratory testing, and ensuring colour consistency across products while collaborating with production, technical, and commercial teams.The successful candidate will bring expertise in Colour Matching & Development, Masterbatch Formulation, and Polymer Compounding, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.About the RequirementsDevelop and match colours based on customer samples, specifications, and reference standards while ensuring accurate and repeatable formulations.Prepare and evaluate laboratory masterbatch samples for colour accuracy, pigment dispersion, processing performance, and product quality.Provide technical support during manufacturing scale-up activities and troubleshoot colour, quality, or processing issues when required.Maintain formulation records, laboratory test data, and sample libraries while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on formulation optimisation, cost reduction, product quality enhancement, and sustainability.About YouBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a related discipline.Proven experience in colour matching, pigment dispersion, polymer compounding, or masterbatch manufacturing within the plastics, coatings, or related industries.Strong knowledge of pigments, additives, polymer carriers (PE, PP, PET, PS) and hands-on experience using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, twin-screw extruders, and injection moulding machines.About the RecruiterContact: Diana Kumar – Head of Recruitment Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
