Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, NATO, or similar organizations are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide subject matter expertise in air and maritime surveillance and Command & Control (C2) operations.Support training, instructional development, operational analysis, and mission integration activities.Apply real-world operational experience to the development and delivery of training materials and scenarios.Support the development and maintenance of a Recognized Air Picture (RAP) and/or Recognized Maritime/Surface Picture.Analyze and integrate information from multiple sensors, communications systems, and tactical data links.Support operational understanding of air and surface object detection, identification, tracking, and management.Provide expertise on command center, tactical operations center, joint operations center, or similar operational environments.Support simulation, training exercises, operational assessments, and related program activities.Translate complex operational concepts into clear training and instructional content.Collaborate with technical, engineering, training, and operational teams.Relevant Operational ExperienceQualified candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas:Surface / Maritime SurveillanceHarbor, port, coastal, or inland-waterway surveillanceOpen-sea / blue-water surveillanceMaritime domain awarenessSurface contact detection, identification, and trackingRecognized maritime/surface picture developmentTactical display operationsCombat Information Center (CIC) military service with the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, NATO, or equivalent organization.Direct operational experience in air and/or surface surveillance.Experience identifying, tracking, and managing air and/or surface contacts.Experience contributing to or maintaining a Common Operational Picture (COP), Recognized Air Picture (RAP), or maritime/surface picture.Strong understanding of Command & Control operations.Practical experience working with surveillance sensors, communications, or tactical data links.Familiarity with Automatic Identification System (AIS), marine radar products, and maritime safety.Familiarity with ADS-B, radio direction finding, Electronic Support Measures (ESM), and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT).Ability to communicate operational concepts clearly and effectively.Preferred QualificationsMilitary instructor experience at a recognized service schoolhouse, training center, or operational training organization.Background as a:Navy
