Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeProvide high-level technical expertise, advisory support, research, and strategic guidance across the activities of the Markets Management Department. The role supports the development of strategies, policies, studies, partnerships, and improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, applicable legislation, standards, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of strategies, business plans, and operational requirements for the department, in coordination with relevant stakeholders and in accordance with approved standards and technical specifications.Provide expert technical advice and guidance on matters related to the department's functions to management and relevant stakeholders.Act as a senior technical reference for the Markets Management function and review and endorse studies, reports, and technical recommendations prior to submission for approval, as delegated.Develop and recommend policies, strategies, legislation, methodologies, and institutional frameworks that support the department's objectives and respond to changes in the operating environment.Conduct studies, research, benchmarking exercises, and comparative analyses to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement, competitiveness, and organizational excellence.Prepare studies and research related to sustainable partnership projects that are financed, developed, and delivered by the private sector, in line with the requirements of the department.Support the preparation of working papers and submissions for local, regional, and international awards and participate in relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences.Liaise with government entities, regulatory bodies, institutions, experts, consultants, and local and international specialized organizations to exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices.Provide technical support to regulatory and financial stakeholders in reviewing quality systems and financial matters related to projects designed and implemented by the department.Support the implementation of institutional excellence standards and requirements and ensure departmental readiness for internal and external assessments in coordination with the relevant excellence and knowledge teams.Support the preparation of development studies, research, and benchmarking initiatives and facilitate the adoption of best practices to enhance organizational leadership and global competitiveness.Supervise the preparation and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects for the Markets Management Department, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.Monitor key performance indicators, identify operational challenges, and recommend appropriate corrective and improvement actions.Provide technical supervision and guidance to relevant specialists and work teams, monitor the quality of deliverables and performance, and submit development recommendations to the Director of Markets Management.Prepare periodic reports covering completed studies, research, and assigned activities, including implementation challenges and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, confidentiality, applicable laws, regulations, policies, and approved procedures.Report any cases of corruption, bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, or non-compliance through the appropriate channels.Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the role as assigned by the line manager.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Professional Experience:UAE Nationals: Minimum 15 years of relevant
