Commercial & Brand Development Executive(Niche Fragrance Collection)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for managing the assigned Brands & continued training for other beauty products.Formulate long term marketing and sales plans to achieve agreed business plan.Stock management including forecasting, product assortment & stock balancing to ensure customer needs and brand objectives are met.Recruitment, training, development, and coaching of BCs in all the locationsSet challenging and realistic KPIs for the team specifically focus on sales and customer service.Continually developing relationship with the brandDevelopment of ongoing retail presence in line with brand agreement.Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly targetsAchievement of stock management / loss targetAchievement of agreed training objectivesMonthly reports incorporating stock, sales and market analysis.Evaluation of customer service data provided by retail partnerConsistent delivery of brand merchandising standardGetting new markets or Key Retailers/Distributors .HIRING CRITERIA:5 years + of Luxury Fragrances brand management experience in the UAE mandatory3 Years + of successful sales achievement of retail stores / store in store @100% + of target. Minimum 6 Locations / OutletsPersonal Grooming at high standard
