Commercial & Customer Operations ManagerGlasgowFood Manufacturing£43,000We’re recruiting for a Commercial & Customer Operations Manager to join an established food manufacturing business in Lanark.This is a varied role covering customer service, forecasting, order management, logistics and commercial reporting, working closely with National Account Managers and senior stakeholders.The RoleOwn customer forecasting, demand planning and order management.Coordinate warehouses, transport and supply chain to deliver excellent OTIF service.Manage export orders, freight and shipping documentation.Produce sales reports, KPI dashboards and customer reviews.Maintain pricing, CRM, customer portals and master data.Support promotions, NPD launches and customer onboarding.Identify and drive process and service improvements.About You3+ years' experience in customer service, commercial operations, logistics or supply chain.FMCG, foodservice, wholesale or manufacturing experience.Strong Excel, analytical and reporting skills.Commercially aware, organised and highly customer-focused.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ERP/MRP, CRM, Power BI or export experience would be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to take ownership of a broad customer and operations/supply chain function within a growing food manufacturing business.
