Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst

We are looking for a Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery platform accounts, including menus, prices, availability, images, and operating hours.Monitor daily sales, orders, ratings, cancellations, order errors, and platform uptime.Coordinate promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.Reconcile platform settlements, commissions, and deductions with Finance.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and KPI reports.Analyze sales, pricing, product mix, and average check to identify commercial opportunities.Follow up with branches on reporting requirements and management action items.Support management with accurate commercial analysis and presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, delivery platforms, commercial analysis, sales reporting, or a related field, preferably in F&B or retail.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Experience with Power BI, POS systems, and delivery platforms is preferred.Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and follow-up skills.
