مدير التطوير التجاري والفنيCommercial & Technical Development Managerتعلن شركة الياسين الزراعية عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمنصب مدير التطوير التجاري والفني، لقيادة النمو التجاري من خلال إدارة المبيعات والتسويق، الإشراف على المناطق، وربط الخبرة الفنية بالفرص التجارية في قطاع المدخلات الزراعية.Al Yaseen Agricultural Company is looking for a qualified Commercial & Technical Development Manager to lead business growth through sales and marketing management, regional supervision, and integration of technical expertise with commercial opportunities in the agricultural inputs sector.المهام الرئيسية | Key Responsibilitiesقيادة خطط المبيعات والتسويق وتحقيق مستهدفات النمو.الإشراف على أداء المناطق وفرق المبيعات.متابعة المبيعات، العملاء، التحصيل، والفرص السوقية.الإشراف على الفرق الفنية المتخصصة في المبيدات، الأسمدة، البذور، ومحطة التجارب.تطوير خطط إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وبناء الطلب عليها.ربط التجارب الحقلية والأنشطة الفنية بنتائج تجارية.إدارة علاقات كبار العملاء، المزارع، التجار، والموزعين.تحليل السوق والمنافسين والأسعار وإعداد تقارير الأداء.Lead sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.Supervise regional performance and sales teams.Monitor sales, customers, collections, and market opportunities.Oversee technical teams specialized in crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, and trial stations.Develop new product launch plans and demand generation activities.Link field trials and technical activities to commercial results.Manage relationships with key customers, farms, dealers, and distributors.Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and performance reports.المتطلبات | Requirementsبكالوريوس في الزراعة أو الهندسة الزراعية أو تخصص زراعي ذي صلة.يفضل وجود شهادة إدارية أو مهنية في الإدارة، التسويق، المبيعات، القيادة، أو التطوير التجاري.خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنوات في بيع وتسويق المدخلات الزراعية.خبرة قيادية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة فرق مبيعات أو مناطق أو إدارات تجارية.خبرة في المبيدات، الأسمدة، البذور، تغذية النبات، أو وقاية النبات.القدرة على قيادة فرق تجارية وفنية متعددة.إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP / CRMإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.الخبرة في السوق السعودي أو الخليجي ميزة تفضيلية.Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related agricultural field.A management or professional certificate in business administration, marketing, sales, leadership, or commercial development is preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of agricultural inputs.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams, regions, or commercial functions.Experience in crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, plant nutrition, or plant protection.Ability to lead both commercial and technical teams.Experience with ERP / CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Good English proficiency is preferred.Saudi or GCC market experience is an advantage.للتقديم | Applyيرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع ذكر المسمى الوظيفي:مدير التطوير التجاري والفنيrecruitment@alyaseenagri.comPlease send your CV and mention the job title:Commercial & Technical Development Managerrecruitment@alyaseenagri.com
