Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Information teams, you'll deliver forecasting, performance analysis and strategic insight that helps shape business decisions while ensuring products are available where patients need them most.If you enjoy combining commercial analytics with demand planning, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced international environment, this is an excellent opportunity to influence strategic decisions across a growing global business.The OpportunityYou'll play a key role in supporting commercial performance across multiple international markets by delivering accurate forecasts, analysing market trends and providing actionable business insight.Responsibilities include:Delivering sales and demand forecasts across multiple international markets Producing commercial analysis and business performance reporting Supporting budgeting, financial forecasting and long-range planning Conducting market assessments for new products and launch opportunities Monitoring KPI performance and identifying commercial opportunities and risks Managing partner demand plans, forecasts and order books Leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings across cross-functional teams Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and external distribution partners to ensure forecasting accuracy and supply continuityAbout YouWe're looking for an analytical commercial professional with experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.You'll ideally bring:Degree-level education Experience in commercial analytics, demand planning or sales forecasting Background within pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industries Experience supporting multiple international or EMEA markets Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills Experience with Power BI, SAP and advanced Excel Knowledge of budgeting, revenue planning and product lifecycle forecasting Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively What's on OfferPermanent, full-time opportunity Hatfield based with hybrid working (2 days per week on site) International exposure across EMEA Partner Markets Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams influencing strategic commercial decisions International travel (approximately 8 trips per year)A Highly Competitive Basic, Bonus and Benefits package will be paid.Please apply online or contact CHASE for further information on 0131 553 6644.Reference Number: 20676
