We value organized professionals who combine analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional coordination.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Commercial Assistant / Supplier Management Assistant / Product Planning Assistant to support commercial administration, supplier coordination, product planning, purchasing activities, and operational analysis. You will help maintain supplier and product information, monitor purchasing and planning activities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and support effective commercial decision-making.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to commercial operations, supplier management, product planning, procurement, inventory, and supply chain workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with commercial, supplier management, product planning, purchasing, and operational administration.Maintain accurate supplier, product, SKU, pricing, purchasing, inventory, and commercial records.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, availability, product specifications, lead times, order status, and delivery requirements.Assist with supplier research, quotation collection, supplier comparisons, and product sourcing activities.Support product planning by monitoring product availability, stock levels, demand information, replenishment requirements, and planned purchases.Prepare and maintain product catalogs, product specifications, supplier profiles, pricing information, and commercial documentation.Assist with purchase orders, supplier documentation, order confirmations, and purchasing records.Monitor supplier orders from request through confirmation, shipment, and delivery.Follow up on delayed orders, missing information, supplier responses, product availability, and outstanding requirements.Coordinate with procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, merchandising, finance, and operations teams.Assist with analyzing supplier pricing, product availability, inventory information, and basic commercial data.Prepare supplier reports, product planning summaries, purchasing updates, inventory reports, and routine commercial information.Assist with resolving supplier, product, purchasing, inventory, and delivery discrepancies.Identify opportunities to improve supplier coordination, product availability, purchasing efficiency, and commercial workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Procurement, Product Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in commercial operations, supplier management, purchasing, procurement, product planning, merchandising, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of supplier coordination, purchasing processes, product planning, inventory requirements, and commercial administration.Familiarity with ERP, procurement systems, inventory platforms, product information systems, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.Excellent attention to detail when handling supplier information, product specifications, pricing, quantities, SKUs, and purchasing data.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to review commercial and operational information.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, products, orders, and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective supplier and cross-functional coordination abilities.Good research and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to identifying discrepancies and operational issues.Reliable, proactive, methodical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and commercial, supplier, and product planning responsibilities.Exposure to supplier management, product planning, purchasing, inventory, and commercial operations.Opportunities to strengthen supplier coordination, product planning, procurement administration, and commercial analysis skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in supplier and product operations and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on supplier performance, product availability, commercial accuracy, and continuous improvement.
