Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading commercial technology integration organization, is seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role is responsible for leading commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.Job Duties:Own commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final completionLead project kickoff meetings and establish project execution plansCoordinate with Project Coordinators, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Installation teams throughout the project lifecycleManage installation schedules, equipment procurement, and delivery timelinesOversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project requirementsCommunicate regularly with clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsMonitor multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectationsVisit project sites to verify progress, support installation teams, and ensure successful project executionSkills Required:Previous project management experience within the commercial AV integration industryStrong understanding of commercial AV systems and integration projectsKnowledge of how AV systems interact with construction trades and job site activitiesExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in varying stages of executionExperience coordinating purchasing, installation scheduling, subcontractors, and equipment logisticsProficiency with project scheduling, documentation, and project management softwarePrevious hands-on experience as a Commercial AV Installation TechnicianExperience managing 20–30 active projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of commercial construction project workflowsExperience coordinating field teams and installation managers
