About KOGSYKOGSY Clinical is building an operating layer for routine post-discharge follow-up.We help care teams close the operational work around outreach, retries, appointment confirmation, documentation and escalation, while clinical judgment stays with the provider.Our initial focus is US risk-bearing provider groups.The roleI’m a founder with a clinical background, including seven years as an EMT.
