Commercial Coordinator

Urban Nest is looking for an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to support the daily customer communication, commercial coordination and administrative activities of our growing business. This role is central to a smooth customer experience across retail, ecommerce and B2B, and to the coordination between our departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities independently. We are looking for someone who naturally creates organisation, follows through efficiently and helps reduce operational pressure across the business.📍 Full-time, on-site at our showroom and office in Al Quoz, DubaiWHAT YOU WILL DO?Customer Experience & Communication Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs and phoneEnsure excellent customer service and timely follow-up on all orders and inquiriesCoordinate with the operations and showroom teams on deliveries, stock availability and customer updatesHandle complaints, refund requests and after-sales support professionally and efficientlyKeep a warm, professional and brand-aligned tone across all channelsCommercial & Administrative Coordination Prepare quotations, price lists and product presentationsSupport showroom and ecommerce commercial coordinationKeep organised records of invoices, quotations and commercial documents in the company drive and systemsCoordinate with the accounting team so all information and documents are shared accurately and on timeAssist with HR administration and internal documentation when neededReporting & Sales Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports across retail, ecommerce and B2BAnalyse sales performance by brand, category, product type and channelTrack designer commissions and coordinate calculations accuratelyKeep pricing and product information accurate across systemsIdentify operational inefficiencies and areas for improvementConsignment & Partner Coordination Manage and coordinate all consignment sales points and partner locationsCommunicate with consignment partners on stock levels, replenishment and product performancePrepare sales reports and stock reconciliations for consignment accountsCoordinate the setup of consignment brands and partner collections in the showroomTrack stock movement, pricing and availability across all consignment locationsEcommerce & Website Support Support website updates and product uploadsCoordinate product information and stock updates with the operations teamHelp ensure a smooth online customer journeyWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR4–6 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in retail, ecommerce, interior design, furniture, distribution or lifestyle brands is highly preferredStrong customer service and commercial coordination experienceStrong analytical and reporting skills; confident with Excel / Google SheetsComfortable working with sales data, inventory information and commercial reportingExcellent organisation, multitasking and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with Shopify, Zoho, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plusUAE experience preferredYOUR PERSONALITY Positive and solution-orientedHighly organised, structured and detail-orientedCalm under pressure - Hands-on, flexible and self-managingA strong communicator who enjoys creating structure and improving processesA passion for interiors, lifestyle and design is a plusABOUT URBAN NEST Urban Nest is a Dubai-based home décor, furniture and lifestyle brand offering a curated collection of unique pieces from Europe, mainly the Netherlands and Denmark.
