Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryWe are seeking a Commercial Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in the construction sector to support the commercial and contractual activities of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Contract Management, or a related field, with strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate commercial and contractual activities across construction projects.Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, and commercial documents.Maintain accurate records of commercial correspondence, variations, claims, and contractual obligations.Support the preparation and monitoring of payment applications, invoices, and commercial submissions.Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely completion of commercial processes.Track project variations, change orders, and commercial approvals.Assist in monitoring project costs, commitments, and commercial performance.Prepare commercial reports, trackers, and presentations for management review.Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve commercial issues and maintain project progress.Ensure commercial documentation is properly organized and maintained in accordance with company procedures.Support contract administration and compliance with project requirements.Perform other commercial coordination duties as assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction, contracting, or EPC industry.Previous experience in Commercial Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Contracts Administration, or Project Administration.Exposure to variations, claims, payment applications, subcontract administration, and project close-out.Working knowledge of standard construction contract forms, such as FIDIC, and an understanding of variation, claim, and close-out procedures.Good understanding of construction project workflows, procurement processes, and subcontractor/supplier coordination.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with ERP or commercial management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong document management, reporting, coordination, and analytical capabilities.High attention to contractual detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Preferred SkillsExperience with variations, claims, payment applications, and subcontract administration.Familiarity with construction project commercial procedures and documentation.Ability to prepare commercial trackers and management reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
