Commercial Data AnalystSQL | Power BI | Commercial AnalyticsNewcastle | Hybrid | Up to £55,000I'm working with a growing e-commerce business looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to help improve how they use data and make business decisions.You'll work with sales, marketing, customer and e-commerce data, helping teams understand performance, improve reporting and identify opportunities to grow.The RoleUse SQL to analyse sales, customer and marketing data.Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reports.Define and standardise KPIs so performance is measured consistently.Identify trends and turn data into useful business insights.Automate manual reporting and improve existing processes.Work with teams across Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Operations to support commercial decisions.Work alongside the Senior Data Engineer to improve data quality and reporting.What They're Looking ForStrong SQL and BI experience, ideally with Power BI.Experience analysing commercial data, such as sales, customer or marketing performance.Good understanding of KPIs and performance reporting.Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining findings.Someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving how things are done.E-commerce or marketing analytics experience would be a bonus.Why Join?You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, improve reporting and help shape how a growing business uses data, with a real impact on commercial decisions.Interested in finding out more?
