Commercial DirectorReal Estate Developer, Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Requirements:Minimum 15+ years of commercial management experience within the real estate development sector.The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial leadership experience gained within a Real Estate Developer, Master Developer, or leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC)Proven experience working for leading Real Estate Developers, Master Developers, or large mixed-use development organizations.Strong track record managing the commercial delivery of large-scale master planned communities, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure developments.Extensive experience across commercial management, cost control, procurement, contracts administration, tendering, and supply chain management.Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts, GCC construction practices, and development delivery models.Mandatory UAE experience, with direct Abu Dhabi development experience highly preferred.Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's development landscape, regulatory environment, approval processes, and key stakeholder ecosystem.Experience managing multi-billion AED development portfolios and complex procurement strategies.
