Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout UsPharmazac is a leading firm in Generic pharmaceuticals (Gx) one of the fastest growing developers and manufacturers in Greece, operating multiple R&D, Manufacturing and Logistics facilities.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Director based in Athens to lead and oversee the commercial operations of our dynamic sales teams. This role requires a commercially driven executive with the ability to shape and execute growth strategies. Also, will have full responsibility for driving business growth, commercial excellence and organizational performance across four Business Units: CNS (Central Nervous System), ONCO-URO (Oncology - Urology), PC (Primary Care) and CMAs (Contrast Media Agents).Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s commercial strategy aligned with business objectivesLead and oversee the performance of the CNS, ONCO, PC, and CMAs BUsDrive sales growth, profitability and market expansion across the portfolioDevelop annual business plans, forecasts, budgets and commercial initiativesMonitor market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to support strategic decisionsCollaborate with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory and other internal stakeholdersLead, coach and develop high-performing commercial teams and managersSupport successful product launches and lifecycle management initiativesBuild strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accountsEnsure compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standardsRepresenting the company at industry events, scientific congresses and key business meetingsQualifications & SkillsDegree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Sales or related fieldAt least 15 years’ selling experience in pharmaceutical areaAt least 10 years’ experience in senior commercial leadership rolesProven experience managing commercial teamsExperience in CNS, Oncology-Urology, PC and/or CMAs will be considered an assetExperience in both innovative and generic pharmaceutical environmentsStrong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and analytical skillsExperience in product launches and business developmentFluency in English and strong digital literacy (CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint)What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative, science-driven and growth-oriented work environment.If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a team that combines innovation, integrity and human focus, we’d love to hear from you.
