We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Director to lead growth across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and expand my client's sales across the MEA market, focusing on key verticals within industrial coolingDeliver annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives.Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence and reputation across the region.

Requirements

Proven sales leadership experience within HVAC, cooling, energy, or related industrial sectors.Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
