Job SummaryThe Commercial Director will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness. The Commercial Director will be responsible for setting the company vision, leading executive teams, optimizing business performance, and ensuring strong governance across all business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s strategic vision, business plans, and long-term growth initiativesLead overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellenceDrive revenue growth, business expansion, and market positioning within the facilities management sectorOversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost optimizationBuild and lead high-performing executive leadership teams across operations, finance, commercial, HR, and support functionsStrengthen client relationships, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagementIdentify new business opportunities, market trends, and service innovationsEnsure operational excellence, service quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulationsOversee risk management, corporate governance, legal compliance, and internal controlsReport business performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational progress to the Board of Directors/shareholdersLead organizational transformation, digitalization, and operational improvement initiatives where neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in executive leadership rolesStrong experience in facilities management, property management, real estate services, operations, or related industriesProven track record in P&L management, business growth, and operational leadershipStrong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilitiesExperience managing large-scale operations, multi-site service delivery, and workforce-intensive environmentsStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilitiesKnowledge of regional market dynamics, regulations, and operational frameworks is preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience leading transformation or turnaround initiativesFamiliarity with government, corporate, or enterprise client managementExperience in service contracts, tendering, and commercial negotiations
