Commercial Director (Head Office)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead pre-contract strategy, contractual negotiations, cost governance, and specialist subcontractor procurement across major infrastructure and building projects.The successful candidate will bring Tier-1 contractor experience, strong commercial leadership, and expertise in managing complex variations, claims, and financial project controls.Must have experience.Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree with a proven track record delivering major infrastructure (roads, bridges, water) or large-scale turnkey projects in the UAE.Strong commercial proficiency managing FIDIC contracts, dispute resolution, and mitigating financial risks alongside senior stakeholders.Advanced capability preparing cost models, final accounts, and driving contractual claim approvals through consultants and clients.
