Commercial Director — Luxury Retail Leasing

We are hiring a Commercial Director to run the revenue operations for a major luxury retail mixed-use complex.The core responsibilities include:Closing remaining occupancy against the merchandising plan.Managing signed tenant relationships, trading performance, and income quality.Overseeing secondary commercial streams, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, and media assets.Key RequirementsExperience: 12 to 15+ years in commercial leadership of mixed-use destinations, luxury retail, or lifestyle assets.Regional Time: At least 5 years of experience in KSA or the wider GCC.Track Record: Proven history of taking a live asset to full occupancy and managing ongoing tenant operations and leasing performance.Market Access: Strong network across regional and international F&B and retail brands, plus tier-one property agencies.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with KSA commercial leasing, municipal licensing, and Ejar.Language: Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
