In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of driving revenue growth, qualifying inbound leads, and transforming opportunities into sales-ready prospects. You will forge powerful relationships, assess organisational fit, and use a structured, proactive approach to accelerate the client base and support long-lasting partnerships.Location: Informa Markets – WHX DubaiReporting To: Commercial DirectorContract Duration: Until 28 January 2027Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)What You'll DoLead Qualification & OutreachContact and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and paid channelsAssess each company’s product or service offering and evaluate their fit with WHX Dubai using structured qualification criteria (budget, authority, and timeline readiness)Hit daily and weekly outreach goals, maintaining a focus on contact quality and conversion to sales opportunityCRM Management & Sales SupportRecord detailed lead notes and qualification scores in Salesforce for seamless handover to the sales teamFlag high-potential new entrants, innovators, and regional growth companies for strategic follow-upSupport reactivation efforts with previously engaged or dormant leads in the systemMarketing Collaboration & Campaign FeedbackWork with the marketing team to refine campaign targeting and lead filtering based on lead quality feedbackProvide actionable insights to improve outreach quality and support broader sales pipeline developmentWhat We Are Looking ForStrong verbal and written communication skills, particularly across phone and email, with confidence engaging senior-level professionals (CEOs, Marketing Directors, Product Leads)Confident in asking qualifying questions and handling objections in a professional and persuasive mannerHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong CRM data accuracy (Salesforce experience preferred)Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-led environmentFamiliarity with the healthcare sector, MedTech, or digital health landscape; or a genuine willingness to learn quicklyPrior experience in B2B exhibitions, trade shows or events in a sales or tele-qualification capacity is an advantageAdditional InformationImmediate start required; contract runs until 28 January 2027.Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID; a Labour Card will be provided.Candidates must hold their own valid medical insurance, as this is required for the Labour Card application.
