Grandiose E-Commerce is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive (eCommerce) to support the commercial function of its online supermarket business. Job Summary:The role will act as a key coordination link between the E-Commerce Commercial Manager and internal teams, including category management, database, IT, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and customer service.The main purpose of the role is to support sales growth by coordinating issue resolution across functions, following up on open matters, and ensuring that commercial priorities are executed smoothly across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the main coordination point between the E-Commerce Commercial Manager and relevant internal business functions.Follow up with category managers, database teams, IT, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and customer service to resolve commercial and operational issues.Track open issues related to product availability, pricing, listings, promotions, stock, system updates, and channel performance.Ensure pending commercial matters are followed through until closure.Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to the E-Commerce Commercial Manager when required.Support smooth communication between teams to ensure business priorities are completed on time.Sales Growth and Issue Resolution SupportSupport sales growth by identifying and helping resolve issues that may affect online sales performance.Monitor basic sales trends, category performance, stock availability, pricing gaps, and execution gaps.Highlight commercial opportunities, risks, and recurring operational challenges to the commercial team.Coordinate with relevant teams to improve product visibility, pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and customer experience.Product, Pricing, Promotion and Stock CoordinationCoordinate with category, database, and operations teams on product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and stock-related matters.Follow up on listing issues, missing products, incorrect prices, outdated information, and promotional errors.Help ensure promotions are activated correctly across the company website, marketplaces, and social commerce channels.Coordinate stock-related concerns with the relevant teams to reduce out-of-stock issues and support product availability.Support the commercial team in maintaining accurate and updated online product information.Reporting and Basic Sales AnalysisPrepare basic sales reports, trackers, and commercial summaries as required.Use Excel to review sales data, product performance, pricing, and other commercial information.Support the E-Commerce Commercial Manager with simple performance dashboards and weekly business updates.Identify gaps, trends, and issues from sales reports and share actionable observations.Maintain trackers for issue resolution, sales performance, promotions, and follow-ups.Marketplace and Channel SupportSupport commercial coordination across Grandiose E-Commerce channels, including own website, marketplaces, and social commerce.Assist in resolving commercial issues related to marketplace listings, pricing, offers, and product availability.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure consistent commercial execution across online channels such as Amazon, Noon, social commerce platforms, and the company e-commerce platform.Market and Competitor MonitoringConduct basic competitor checks on pricing, promotions, assortment, and online visibility.Share observations on competitor activity and market trends with the commercial team.Support basic market research to identify commercial opportunities and improvement areas.Vendor and Supplier CoordinationCoordinate with vendors, brands, distributors, or suppliers when required.Follow up on commercial information, product details, pricing updates, promotional inputs, or issue resolution.Support supplier-related communication in coordination with the commercial or category teams.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor degree in any field.Minimum 2 years of work experience.Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.Experience in e-commerce, supermarket, FMCG, marketplace operations, or commercial coordination would be an advantage.Required Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication skills in English.Good analytical thinking and ability to understand basic sales data.Strong follow-up skills and ability to push tasks through to completion.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work through cross-functional challenges.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail, especially with pricing, listings, promotions, and reports.Comfortable working with deadlines, business priorities, and performance expectations.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.Good ownership, accountability, and task management skills.
