Working Pattern: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to production locations)Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, content-led business to appoint a newly created Production Finance Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst.This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organisation where finance plays a pivotal role in supporting commercial decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of budgeting, financial planning and production cost analysis, helping to maximise profitability and influence future investment decisions.This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys analysing financial data, challenging existing processes and partnering with operational teams to improve businessperformance.Key Responsibilities:Own the budgeting and financial planning process across multiple projects.Analyse production and operational costs, identifying trends, efficiencies and opportunities to improve profitability.Monitor expenditure, ensuring budgets are accurately tracked and variances investigated.Review invoice data and financial performance to support effective cost management.Build financial models to assess the commercial viability of future projects and initiatives.Partner with operational stakeholders to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance.Produce insightful reporting, forecasting and analysis for senior leadership.Support strategic planning through financial modelling, scenario analysis and long-term forecasting.Contribute to the development of longer-term business plans and commercial strategy.Identify and implement improvements to budgeting, reporting and financial processes.We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys influencing business decisions through financial insight.You'll ideally have:Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, budgeting or financial planning.Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.Experience analysing costs, forecasting performance and supporting commercial decision-making.Previous exposure to production, media, broadcasting, digital content or another project-based environment would be advantageous.Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.A proactive approach with a genuine desire to improve processes and drive commercial performance.Approximately 3-4 years' experience within a commercial finance environment.The Opportunity:Newly created position with genuine ownership and autonomy.Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence key commercial decisions.Fully remote working, with occasional visits to operational sites when required.Broad exposure across commercial finance, strategic planning and business performance.A collaborative, ambitious environment with excellent long-term career development opportunities.
