To ensure our growth is as profitable as it is spectacular, we are seeking a strategic Commercial & Finance Manager to act as the financial gatekeeper for our Dubai operations.The Role:In the high-stakes world of luxury events, flawless execution requires flawless cash flow management. We are looking for an experienced finance leader to drive our UAE cash flow, manage high-stakes vendor commercial terms, and oversee local compliance. You will protect our margins, ensure timely milestone collections from elite clients, and manage local banking logistics to keep our on-ground operations moving without friction.Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow & Receivables: Drive aggressive milestone invoicing and collections for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, ensuring funds are secured ahead of heavy on-site production schedules. Vendor Commercial Management: Negotiate credit terms, payment schedules, and contracts with our UAE supply chain and structural vendors, protecting company margins and preserving cash reserves.UAE Compliance & VAT: Manage all daily financial compliance for our Dubai Mainland LLC, including accurate VAT filing, local licensing renewals, and municipal tax adherence.Banking & Administration: Oversee all local corporate banking relationships and coordinate with authorized personnel for daily banking logistics and official documentation collection.Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate general ledgers for UAE project-based accounting, providing clear cash flow forecasting to the leadership team to support our dynamic active pipeline.Who You Are (Requirements):Experience: 4+ years of financial management, commercial management, or project accounting experience in the UAE, ideally within the event management, hospitality, or luxury construction sectors.Technical Knowledge: Deep, up-to-date understanding of UAE VAT laws, corporate banking processes, and Mainland LLC compliance standards.Negotiation Skills: A tough but fair negotiator capable of securing favorable credit terms with local vendors while maintaining strong relationships.Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to track complex, multi-currency budgets across cross-border destination events.Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive financial conversations with VIP clients and high-level corporate procurement teams.Why Join Us?This is a foundational role in our UAE expansion.
