As part of their continued growth in Malaysia, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with the leadership team and drive strategic business performance. Your new role Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Providing financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making. Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Preparing management reports, performance reviews, and financial presentations. Supporting strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Managing financial controls, governance, and compliance requirements. Driving process enhancement projects and improving finance operations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Leading, mentoring, and developing members of the finance team. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent) is advantageous. Significant experience within finance, commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering functions. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Proven experience influencing stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
