Commercial Finance Manager

🚨 We're Hiring | Head of Operational Finance / Commercial📍 Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE📌 Level: Senior Management / Department HeadLooking for an experienced Head of Operational Finance / Commercial to drive store-level profitability and commercial finance across 18+ operating locations, with an ambitious expansion plan to 100+ sites.Key Responsibilities• Drive 4-wall store EBITDA and profitability across multiple locations• Own store-level P&L, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis• Lead new-site feasibility studies, IRR, NPV & payback analysis• Manage lease analysis, IFRS 16 & fit-out CAPEX controls• Oversee POS, cash & bank reconciliations and treasury operations• Drive working capital, procurement and inventory controls• Support Odoo ERP, audits and financial reportingRequirements• 6–10 years of progressive Finance experience• 3–5 years in a multi-unit consumer business within UAE/GCC• Experience in Retail, Family Entertainment, Leisure, Hospitality, Cinema or F&B chains• Strong experience in multi-unit P&L ownership & operational financial modelling• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting• Proficiency in Odoo or NetSuite• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / Master's in Finance preferred📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV to the mentioned mail id ( maria.j@stancosolutions.com)
