The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad, driving the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Billing platforms.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives Own the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders Ensure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions Provide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices Manage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution Drive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standardsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Billing solutions Experience leading cross-functional Agile squads or delivery teams Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration Experience working in Agile delivery environmentsSkills: Leadership and team management Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Billing systems and business processes Agile delivery and Scrum practices Stakeholder management Backlog prioritization and roadmap planning Problem-solving and decision-making Vendor and third-party coordination Excellent communication and collaboration skills Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)Infinite pl ♾️ - where innovation meets logistics, and the journey is Infinitely boundless!Let's disrupt logistics together and explore infinite opportunities!We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
