Commercial Lead – High-Rise Buildings

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to join our high-rise building construction team. The successful candidate will independently lead the commercial function across multiple projects, working closely with the Head of Contracts and Commercial to ensure robust contract administration, accurate commercial reporting, and effective management of subcontract procurement, bonds, and insurance matters throughout the project lifecycle.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Quantity Surveying — mandatoryMore than 10 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in the UAE/GCCStrong high-rise building experience with a main contractor or contracting establishmentAbility to independently lead a commercial team and manage multiple projects, reporting to the Head of Contracts and CommercialHands-on experience in contractors' commercial reporting systems, including CTC and CVRSound contract administration knowledge and practical experience with FIDIC forms of contractStrong capability in contractual correspondence, notices and commercial communicationHands-on experience in subcontract procurement and administrationExperience administering bonds and insurance mattersFluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsMRICS or MAIQS-CQS qualification will be an added advantagePreferred Candidate Profile:Self-motivated and commercially drivenStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesAble to coordinate effectively with project, site and management teamsCapable of working with minimal supervision
