Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Reading, PAWork Arrangement: Hybrid/On-site flexibility Position OverviewOur client, a growing and well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage and a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting overall agency growth.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accountsServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communicationReview coverage needs and provide insurance solutions tailored to client objectivesCoordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changesCollaborate with producers, carriers, and internal service teamsIdentify opportunities for account rounding and account growthEnsure a high level of client retention and satisfactionQualifications3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferredStrong knowledge of commercial lines coverage including property, casualty, and related productsExperience managing a book of business independently or as part of a teamExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environmentActive Property & Casualty insurance license preferredBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
