The firm is open to candidates with approximately 4–7 years’ post‑qualification experience (or equivalent call), who can demonstrate:A strong track record in commercial litigation and/or international arbitrationExperience gained within a leading chambers or disputes practiceExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsStrong analytical ability and confidence managing complex mattersA proactive, adaptable and collaborative approachRegional experience is beneficial but not essential
