The team regularly acts on high‑value cross‑border disputes, enforcement actions, asset‑recovery matters, fraud‑related disputes, and strategic advisory mandates for corporates, funds, and UHNW clients.The partners are recognised for their work in international arbitration, commercial disputes, and cross‑border investigations, with a track record of leading matters across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating strategy in high‑stakes, multi‑forum litigation.The RoleYou will work directly with partners on a broad range of contentious matters, including:International commercial arbitrationCross‑border commercial litigation (DIFC litigation experience)Enforcement, asset‑tracing, and fraud‑related mattersComplex advisory work involving multi‑jurisdictional issuesDrafting submissions, research, evidence preparation, and client strategy supportThe role offers hands‑on exposure, client interaction, and the chance to develop quickly within a high‑performing boutique.Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will be:1- 6 years’ pqeCalled to the English Bar or Solicitor England & Wales Ideally experience in Dubai or UK with solid commercial litigation experience.Strong drafting skills, analytical ability, and comfort working in a fast‑moving disputes environmentInterested in developing an international practice and relocating to Dubai if not already on the groundConfident, commercially minded, and able to work closely with partners in a tight‑knit team
