The organization is focused on innovation, responsible farming, and long-term growth in the agricultural sector.Job PurposeTo increase sales, build strategic customer relationships, expand into new markets and ensure all farm products are sold profitably while developing the 3T brand.Key Responsibilities· Develop monthly and annual sales plans.· Find new customers across Nigeria.· Build distributor and wholesale networks.· Secure contracts with supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and processors.· Develop export opportunities.· Supervise commercial staff.· Monitor competitors and market prices.· Coordinate product launches.· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.· Meet agreed revenue and profit targets.Requirements· HND/BSc or equivalent experience.· Minimum 3 years’ sales experience.· Strong negotiation skills.· Good communication.· Valid driving licence preferred.· Willing to travel.KPIs· Monthly Sales Target· Gross Profit· New Customers· Customer Retention· Distributor Growth· Export Opportunities Created· Debtor Collection· Weekly Reports SubmittedLOCATION:Onsite / Remote
