Commercial Manager | Major ProjectRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are supporting a leading delivery partner with the appointment of a Commercial Manager for a major project in Riyadh.This is a key commercial position offering exposure across the full project lifecycle. You will take responsibility for both pre- and post-contract activities, working alongside the client, consultants and contractors to maintain commercial control and support the successful delivery of a complex, high-profile development.We are looking for someone who can operate confidently in a fast-moving project environment, challenge where required and provide clear commercial advice to senior stakeholders.Key requirements:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineStrong experience across both pre- and post-contract commercial managementProven delivery experience on major construction or infrastructure projectsBackground with a delivery partner, consultancy or PMCStrong knowledge of procurement, tendering, cost planning, contract administration, variations and claimsConfident managing contractors and advising senior client stakeholdersSaudi Arabia or wider Middle East experience would be beneficialThis is an opportunity to join a recognised delivery partner and play a key role in one of Riyadh’s major projects.
