About The OpportunityA well-established New Zealand manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the senior leadership team at its Penrose site.This is a highly visible role where you’ll own the numbers, provide commercial and operational insight, and help drive profit, cashflow and performance improvement across the operation.You’ll partner closely with operational and functional leaders and take accountability for:Monthly actuals, budget and forecast ownership and performance reportingDelivering insightful analysis to support better decision-making and measurable improvementInfluencing profit and cash delivery and supporting growth initiativesLeading and developing a small finance teamStrengthening financial governance and ensuring the financial integrity of the businessWhat You’ll BringChartered Accountant (or equivalent)Strong commercial finance leadership experience Experience within a manufacturing/operations environmentProven capability in budgeting/forecasting, performance management and stakeholder partneringA pragmatic, proactive style suited to a fast-paced, operational settingWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package Onsite parkingA leadership opportunity with a commercial focusNext Steps?
