Commercial Manager

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a leading Contractor delivering major Oil & Gas projects across the region.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take ownership of commercial strategy and delivery across large-scale, high-value projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial function across major Oil & Gas projects, ensuring commercial and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycleManage contract administration, variations, claims, and dispute resolutionOversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingLead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staffManage subcontractor accounts, procurement input, and final account close-outLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders on all commercial mattersIdentify commercial risks and opportunities, advising senior management accordinglyRequirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 12–15 years' experience in a commercial role within Oil & Gas / EPC construction projectsProven experience with a Tier 1 contractor on major projectsStrong knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contract formsExcellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
