Commercial Manager – Major Programme – RiyadhWe are supporting a major programme in Riyadh with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Manager to take commercial responsibility for a significant package of works.We are looking for someone with strong pre and post-contract experience, ideally developed within a main contractor environment, who is comfortable managing major, complex construction packages.The successful candidate will ideally bring:• Strong pre and post-contract commercial experience• Main contractor background highly desirable• Experience managing a major package or workstream on a large-scale programme• Strong contract administration and commercial management capability• Experience with procurement, tendering, cost management, variations and change control• Strong understanding of claims, risk and contractual matters• Experience working with major contractors, subcontractors and consultants• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline• Major project experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East beneficialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a major programme of works in Riyadh and take ownership of a substantial and complex package.
