Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis role will be instrumental in developing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting the company's expansion plans.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in developing and executing the company's commercial, sales, and market expansion strategy.Drive revenue growth across the pharmaceutical and medical devices portfolio.Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, distribution channels, and potential market segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, distributors, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.Leverage an established UAE healthcare network to strengthen the company's market reach and generate new commercial opportunities.Manage and develop key accounts while identifying opportunities to increase product penetration and sales.Support negotiations, commercial proposals, tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships.Monitor market developments, competitor activity, pricing, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.Work closely with the General Manager on new product introductions, market expansion initiatives, and strategic growth projects.Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, commercial reports, and performance updates for management.Represent the company at relevant industry events, meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of relevant commercial, sales, or business development experience, preferably within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or medical distribution.Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare and pharmaceutical/medical devices market, with Abu Dhabi experience highly preferred.A well-established professional network and proven ability to build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.Demonstrated track record of business development, revenue growth, key account management, and market expansion.Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable identifying and pursuing new opportunities.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial and growing business environment.Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be a strong advantage.What We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who are well connected within the UAE healthcare market and can bring both strategic commercial thinking and hands-on business development capabilities.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building businesses, opening doors, developing relationships, and working closely with senior management to drive the next stage of growth.
